Peninsula Financial Group's Senior Financial Planner is Lyle Weir.
Lyle has over 16 years of experience in financial services. Through his studies and experience he has been accredited with the internationally recognised Certified Financial PlannerTM status from the Financial Planning Association. He also has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
He has held previous Financial Planner positions with high profile Melbourne advisers The Money Managers, and with boutique group Whittle & Skok Financial Services in Kew.
Lyle brings with him extensive experience in all areas of financial planning. He has strong investment management experience and an investment philosophy stemming from his studies into some of the world's greatest investors, including Benjamin Graham, Peter Lynch & Warren Buffett.
A passion for marathon running, cycling, and triathlons keeps Lyle busy in his spare time.

Michelle has 9 years of financial services experience. She has completed a Diploma in Financial Planning, and is presently studying towards an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
Michelle has a strong background in providing specialist insurance advice, and is also a practitioner member of the Financial Planning Association.
